Frequently Asked Questions
Are the phone numbers real?
They follow the NANP digit format and could happen to match a real number, but they are random and not guaranteed to be in service. They're for testing only โ never use them for real SMS, calls, or marketing.
Do the area codes match the state I pick?
We use a heuristic that biases the first three digits toward ZIP-prefix ranges associated with the chosen state. This is realistic but not exhaustive โ for guaranteed-valid NPA assignments, consult the official NANP registry.
Will they pass my phone-field validation?
Yes for format validation. Our numbers respect the 2โ9 first-digit rules and match common regex patterns. They will still fail any real-carrier lookup or SMS-delivery verification step.
Can I export to CSV?
Yes โ click Export CSV after generation to download both formats.
