Frequently Asked Questions
Are the generated addresses real?
No. They are randomly generated and do not belong to real people or locations. Use them only for testing and development.
Can I generate an address for a specific state?
Yes. Use the State dropdown to pick any of the 50 US states plus Washington DC, or keep it on Random.
Do the ZIP codes match the state?
We use realistic 3-digit ZIP prefixes per state to produce ZIP codes that look plausible and roughly match the chosen state. They are not guaranteed to be real USPS ZIP codes; use the ZIP Validator tab to verify formats.
Is there a limit to the batch generator?
You can generate up to 1000 addresses at a time. Generation runs entirely in your browser so it's instant.
How do I export the addresses?
In the Batch tab, click Export CSV for a clean spreadsheet file, or Export JSON for structured data.
Is my data sent to a server?
No. Everything happens locally in your browser. Your history is saved in localStorage on your device only.
Can I use this commercially?
Yes. You may use the generated test data for personal or commercial projects without restrictions. For high-volume programmatic access, see our API documentation.
