• Account data: email and display name when you register.
• Uploaded files: media you submit for conversion (processed in-memory, auto-deleted after processing).
• Usage data: aggregated, anonymized conversion counts and feature usage statistics.
• Technical data: browser type, device type — used solely for security and service improvement.

3. File Processing & Retention

All uploaded files are processed in encrypted memory and automatically deleted within 1 hour of conversion completion. We never inspect, share, or retain the contents of your media files. Downloaded results remain available to you for 24 hours via secure link, then permanently purged.

4. Data We Do Not Collect

• We do not sell or rent your data to third parties.
• We do not use your media files for AI model training.
• We do not share your email with marketing partners.

5. Security Measures

• End-to-end TLS encryption for all transfers.
• Files processed in isolated, ephemeral containers.
• Strict Content-Security-Policy on all pages.
• GDPR & CCPA compliant data handling.

6. Your Rights

Under GDPR (EEA/UK) and CCPA (California), you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Email privacy@mediaflow.ai to exercise these rights.

We use only essential first-party cookies/localStorage for session continuity and theme preference. No third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
